Information Collected
In order for us to arrange your order and have it delivered to the correct address we will most certainly require your details to enable a successful purchase and delivery.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to the service, support and accounts, including email and phone calls.
Information collected by Personal Chef Co is collected via information given by customer. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website and through interaction with staff at Personal Chef Co.

Details are obtained to provide a high quality of service to customers.
Storage of Collected Information
Handling your personal information is important to us
When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them onto our E-WAY provider in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
We follow industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
Meal Orders
Payments are for a one off purchase only, no contracts.
E-WAY is the chosen company to ensure payments are secure on behalf of Personal Chef Co.
Delivery Policy
Once order is placed a receipt and confirmation email is sent.
Delivery areas are Sydney South, Sydney Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney, North Shore of Sydney, Northern Beaches and North West of Sydney.
You cannot alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.
Personal Chef Co have specific delivery times for specified areas which cannot be altered.
Personal Chef Co accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. Personal Chef Co will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Customer must contact Personal Chef within 24 hours if an error has been made regarding meals ordered.
Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit.
Delivery Days & Cut Off Times
Our Delivery day is Saturday and our cut of day and time is Wednesday 5pm AEST.
Personal Chef Co reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice.
Refund & Returns Policy
The Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
Should a customer or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the kitchen.
Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our kitchen for two (2) days only and the Customer must make arrangements with Personal Chef Support 1300 244 508 to pick up their order.
Customer orders not picked up within two (2) days of return will be disposed of as per our Food Health & Safety Policies.
Personal Chef Co. will refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error from us and you have been incorrectly charged.
All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
Customers bare all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order to our kitchen
Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Personal Chef Co. will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer.
Personal Chef will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Allergies & Pregnancy Related
Personal Chef Co strongly suggests that you consult your doctor or health professional prior to consuming our meals.
While Personal Chef Co takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present.
Personal Chef Co. accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a Personal Chef meal/product – this also applies to expecting mothers.
Third Parties
Personal Chef Co. may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
Personal Chef Co does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
Legal
We reserve the right to disclose your personal identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website, then information will be released.
